As women we're great at putting everyone and everything before us. It's time to shift that focus and bring back a little me time.
We challenge you to take 10 minutes of your day for you, with the help of these 2 essential oil blends.
Lets start the day with Affirmation.
The first 5 minutes of the day is for you.
Diffuse, or topically apply (diluted in a carrier oil first) Affirmation to promote feelings of happiness & love and reconnect to your heart.
Before anyone or anything gets your attention for the day, sit with yourself...breathe and set your intentions for the day. Also decide on 1 thing that you will do for the day for you! It can be anything...a cup of tea in the sunshine, a bath, a trip to the hairdresser, hell even a trip to the toilet alone!! Anything! Commit to that one thing.
And we're going to end the day with Sweet Dreams.
The last 5 minutes of the day is for you also.
Again diffuse or topically apply Sweet Dreams to calm the mind and promote a full and peaceful nights sleep.
If you're the kind of person who usually gets to bed with 1000 things running through your mind, you get an extra 5 minutes. Take a pen and paper, relax and let those thoughts come in...write them all down, get them out of your system. When you're done put away the pen and paper and let the thoughts be gone for the night.
Then we're getting all tucked up in bed and ready for sleep. Take a few deep, relaxing breaths, feel yourself letting the day go. Once you feel relaxed, tell yourself 3 things that you are grateful for. Then to cap the night off, say goodnight to yourself! Every night I say to myself "Goodnight Bec, sweet dreams, I love you". Then I'm out like a light.
