Goodnight is my absolute favourite sleep blend, and I’ve tried quite a few from other companies. I love the Virginian Cedarwood initial scent which is gently followed by Bergamot. If you’re not a fan of sleep/relax blends that have Lavender, this could be the blend you’ve been looking for as it doesn’t contain Lavender.
