Refunds & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand sometimes that won't always be the case.  That's why we offer a full refund and return policy.  To advise us of a fault/return please email: love@lovethyoils.com

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or videos of the damaged or incorrect items, including packaging and oil levels (if leaking)

Once reviewed, we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note: For leaked or faulty items, we require the affected products to be returned to us before a replacement bottle can be sent. This helps us investigate the issue further and improve our quality control.

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your claim is reviewed. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened and unused. Customers are liable for return postage charges.

Unwanted/Not What I Expected/Just Don't Like It items:

If you receive an item and have changed your mind about keeping it, you are welcome to return the item/s in their original & unused condition for a full refund. Return postage is at the customers expense and refund will be arranged once goods have been received by us. The return is processed for the value paid during the purchase of the product and excludes shipping cost.

*Items purchased during sale/promotion cannot be returned/refunded.

Unclaimed Parcels/Returned Postage:

Once your order has left us, it is your responsibility to keep track of it via the tracking you were sent.  If you fail to collect the item from the Post Office in the required time frame and it is returned to us, you will be liable for return postage of $15 if you wish for the order to be resent.  Otherwise, we will issue a refund less an admin fee of $15. This procedure also applies to addresses that have been entered incorrectly on your order form.

What if I forgot to add my promo code?

If you have a promo code this must be applied at checkout. Once an order is placed on the website we are no longer able to amend the order this includes adding a promo/discount code.

Diffuser Returns & Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty

All diffusers purchased from Love Thy Oils come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and functional issues under normal use.

If you experience any issues with your diffuser, please email us love@lovethyoils.com so we can assist with troubleshooting and determine the best resolution.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where applicable.

30-Day Returns

If you are unhappy with your diffuser for reasons other than a fault, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and returns.
