Refunds & Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand sometimes that won't always be the case. That's why we offer a full refund and return policy. To advise us of a fault/return please email: email@example.com
If you have received an item that is damaged/faulty in someway, please send us photos of the item so we can arrange replacement/refund at no cost to you.
If you receive an item and have changed your mind about keeping it, you are welcome to return the item/s in their original & unused condition for a full refund. Return postage is at the customers expense and refund will be arranged once goods have been received by us.
Unclaimed Parcels/Returned Postage:
Once your order has left us, it is your responsibility to keep track of it via the tracking you were sent. If you fail to collect the item from the Post Office in the required time frame and it is returned to us, you will be liable for return postage of $12 if you wish for the order to be resent. Otherwise, we will issue a refund less an admin fee of $10. This procedure also applies to addresses that have been entered incorrectly on your order form.
