A perfect alternative to our Stress Ease Blend for those who prefer a more gentle, floral fragrance.

How to use

Diffuser – Add 6–8 drops to your diffuser for a calming atmosphere throughout the day or evening.

Diffuser Jewelry – Apply 1–2 drops to your aroma necklace or bracelet to carry calm with you.

Topical (Roller Blend) – Dilute 6–8 drops in a 10ml roller bottle with carrier oil. Apply to wrists, temples, or behind ears for support.

Bath – Dilute up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil before adding to a warm bath for a relaxing soak.

Massage – Add up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage gently to release tension and promote calm. (Always patch test first.)
