Expertly formulated with oils of Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Jojoba & Roman Chamomile to promote relaxation of the mind and body to ensure you wake fresh and rested each and every day.

Uses: 
Diffuser:  Add 4-6 drops of oil to your diffuser around 1/2 hour before bed time

Bath: Combine 4 drops with a carrier oil and add to a warm bath for added relaxation.

Body: Combine 6 drops with a carrier oil in a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply to bottoms of feet or roll over chest for a total body relaxation.

How to use

Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser around 30 minutes before bedtime.

Topical/Body: Blend 6 drops with a carrier oil in a 10ml roller bottle and apply to chest or soles of feet before bed.
