How to use

1. Grounding Diffuser Blend

Add to your diffuser:

3 drops Fir Needle

2 drops Geranium

2 drops Cedarwood Atlas
Creates an instant shift in mood — ideal for meditation, yoga, journaling, or unwinding.

2. DIY Ground & Glow Roll-On

• Add 2 drops of each oil to 10ml Jojoba or Sweet Almond Oil
• Use on wrists, temples, base of neck, or behind ears

3. Aromatic Bath Ritual

• Mix 2 drops of each oil with 1 tbsp of carrier oil
• Add to warm bath
