DIY Joint & Muscle Relief Oil
What you need:

10ml Castor Carrier Oil (1 tbsp)

2 drops Frankincense

2 drops Copaiba

2 drops Kunzea
Mix and gently massage into affected joints or areas of discomfort 2–3 times daily. Ideal for knees, wrists, shoulders, or lower back. For enhanced relief, follow with a warm compress.
Night-Time Treatment
Apply the blend generously and wrap the area in a warm cloth or gentle heat pack for 20 minutes to help the oils penetrate deeply and ease stiffness overnight.
Warm Bath Soak
