Aches & Pain : Ease muscular aches and pains whilst promoting healing and regeneration of muscle tissue with this synergistic blend of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic and cell renewing essential oils. 
Ingredients : Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata), Copaiba  (Copaifera langsdorffii). , Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis),  Kunzea (Kunzea Ambigua).

Digestive Comfort : Provide relief from stomach pain, cramping, nausea, bloating, constipation and intestinal spasming with this fresh, cooling and soothing blend of Juniper Berry, Marjoram, Basil, Cardamom, Sweet Orange, and Peppermint
Ingredients : Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinensis), Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum), Marjoram (Origanum Marjorana), Peppermint (Piperita Mentha), Basil (Ocimum Basilicum), Juniper Berry (Juniperous Communis)
Due to the Cardamom & Peppermint essential oils, this blend is not recommended for children under the age of 3.

Headache Hero : A cooling and calming essential oil blend to help relieve the pain and discomfort associated with headaches, neck and back tension. 
Ingredients : Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Peppermint (Piperita Mentha), Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Radiata), Copaiba (Copaifera langsdorffii)
This blend isn't recommended for children under the age of 3 due to the Eucalyptus & Peppermint content.

How to use

Aches & Pain Blend

Massage: Add 6–9 drops to 10ml carrier oil and massage into sore muscles or stiff joints

Bath: Mix 4–6 drops with carrier oil before adding to warm bath

Diffuse: Add 4–5 drops for whole-room soothing support

Digestive Comfort Blend

Abdominal Massage: Add 3–5 drops to 10ml carrier oil and massage clockwise on abdomen

Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a tissue and inhale during discomfort

Diffuse: Add 3–4 drops after meals to support digestion
Not recommended for children under 3 due to Peppermint & Cardamom.

Headache Hero Blend

Topical Relief: Dilute 3–5 drops in carrier oil and apply to temples, neck, behind ears & shoulders

Diffuse: Add 4 drops at the first sign of tension

Inhalation: Place 1 drop on palms or a tissue and inhale deeply
Not for children under 3 due to Peppermint & Eucalyptus.
