How to use

Diffuse: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a warm, heart-centered atmosphere.

Meditation/Journaling: Inhale directly from the bottle or diffuse to enhance clarity and openness.

Massage/Topical: Dilute 3 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and apply to pulse points for grounding connection.
