The first essential oil that made me realise there’s more to essential oils than Lavender, Tea Tree & Eucalyptus. A bit citrusy, a bit lemongrass, a whole lot of energising, happiness and sunshine.
Uses:
Mind: Clear the mind, reduce stress and lift your mood with a few drops of Litsea essential oil in your aromatherapy diffuser. Combines well with citrus and floral oils.
Body: Relieve muscular pain and tension, help reduce inflammation and ease aching joints.
Digestive: Can help with feelings of nausea, bloating, indigestion.
Topical: When used topically, be sure to dilute to a maximum of 0.8% (no more than 3 drops per 10ml of carrier) to avoid irritation and sensitivity.
