Ease muscular aches and pains whilst promoting healing and regeneration of muscle tissue with this synergistic blend of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic and cell renewing essential oils. 

Combining our favourite 100% pure essential oils for pain relief: Copaiba, Kunzea and Frankincense with Lavender and Rosemary essential oils for an added boost to help ease pain and discomfort, reduce swelling and promote healing. 

To Use:
Topical:
Aches & Pains is designed to be used as a massage blend for targeted pain relief.  Dilute with a carrier oil starting at 3% for everyday use (9 drops per 10ml of carrier oil) up to a maximum of 5% if needed (only for short term use).

Bath:
Mix up to 6 drops with a carrier oil and add to a warm bath.  Add a handful of magnesium salts for extra relief.  

Diffuser:
Can be used in a diffuser.  Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to your diffuser.

Beautifully Blended Ingredients:
Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata), Copaiba  (Copaifera langsdorffii), Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Kunzea (Kunzea Ambigua).


How to use

Massage Blend: Dilute with a carrier oil at 3% (9 drops per 10ml) for daily use, or up to 5% for short-term relief. Massage into sore or stiff areas.

Bath Soak: Mix up to 6 drops with carrier oil and add to warm bathwater. For extra relief, add a handful of magnesium salts.

Diffuser: Add 4–5 drops to your diffuser for a calming, restorative aroma.
