How to use

Massage Blend: Dilute with a carrier oil at 3% (9 drops per 10ml) for daily use, or up to 5% for short-term relief. Massage into sore or stiff areas.

Bath Soak: Mix up to 6 drops with carrier oil and add to warm bathwater. For extra relief, add a handful of magnesium salts.

Diffuser: Add 4–5 drops to your diffuser for a calming, restorative aroma.
