This beautiful blend of essential oils has been specially chosen and formulated to ease the discomfort of congestion, colds, flus and hay fever. This 100% pure oil blend is perfect for use in a diffuser to help clear the head and nose while lifting the spirits and boosting energy and wellbeing.
With a range of essential oils offering antibacterial and antiviral properties, balanced with soothing and energising characteristics, it’s the perfect way to calm the senses, clear congestion and provide energy during illness.
Beautifully Blended Ingredients:
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Lemon (Citrus limon),Peppermint (Mentha x piperita), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus).
Due to the eucalyptus & peppermint content of this blend, we don't recommend using for children under the age of 3.

I received Breathe as a free oil and what a great oil it it. This is my "go to oil" to clear the nose and head. I either rub a couple of drops onto my hands and rub them them together and inhale or I use in my difuser. This oil eases discomfort of congestion which I have had a result of having to wear an N95 mask all day. Even putting a few drops into my mask helps. However, make sure you don't touch your eyes if you put onto your hands, as it will cause a burning feeling in your eye.
