To Use:  
Simply add 4-5 drops of oil to your diffuser (avoid using Sweet Dreams in a nebulizer as it does contain Jojoba).

Blend up to 9 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil for a beautiful body massage or as a replacement to your perfume.

Blend 4-5 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil before adding to a warm bath.

 

How to use

Add 4–5 drops of any blend into your diffuser.

For Massage or Topical Use:

Dilute up to 9 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil.
Apply to wrists, neck, or shoulders for comfort and support.

In a Warm Bath:

Mix 4–5 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil, then add to bathwater.
