Clary Sage.
Affectionately known as "her" essential oil.  Clary Sage is an essential oil that is most well known for its effects on the female hormonal system.  Everything from hot flushes and night sweats to cramps and irritability, Clary Sage is a must have essential oil.
Ingredients: Salvia sclarea

Fir Needle (Siberian Fir).
A lesser known oil, but incredible at helping to restore pituitary and adrenals ie. hormones and the feelings of exhaustion. 
Ingredients: Abies Sibirica (Siberian Fir Needle)

Geranium.
The oil many women reach for to help ease pain and cramps from PMS along with hot flushes and discomfort associated with Menopause.
Ingredients: Pelargonium graveolens

To Use:

All these essential oils can be used individually, these are our favourite combinations.

Massage Blend:
Combine 3 drops of each essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil and massage all over body, particularly around abdomen and lower back.

Diffuse:
Add 2-4 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser and take slow, deep breaths.

Bath:
Combine 2 drops Clary Sage, 2 drops Geranium and 1 drop Fir Needle with 10ml of carrier oil and add to a warm bath.

Safe to use during pregnancy:

Avoid use of these oils during pregnancy

Mix with 10ml carrier oil
Massage onto abdomen, lower back, thighs, or shoulders.

2. Calming Diffuser Ritual

Perfect for emotional balance, stress relief & hormonal harmony.
Add to diffuser:

2–4 drops Clary Sage

2–4 drops Geranium

2–4 drops Fir Needle
Inhale deeply to calm mind & body.

3. Hormone Support Bath Soak

A soothing way to relax muscles & ease discomfort.

2 drops Clary Sage

2 drops Geranium

1 drop Fir Needle

Mix in 10ml carrier oil, then add to warm bath.
