Affectionately known as "her" essential oil. Clary Sage is an essential oil that is most well known for its effects on the female hormonal system. Everything from hot flushes and night sweats to cramps and irritability, Clary Sage is a must have essential oil.

Fir Needle (Siberian Fir).
A lesser known oil, but incredible at helping to restore pituitary and adrenals ie. hormones and the feelings of exhaustion.Â

To Use:
All these essential oils can be used individually, these are our favourite combinations.
Massage Blend:
Combine 3 drops of each essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil and massage all over body, particularly around abdomen and lower back.
Diffuse:
Add 2-4 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser and take slow, deep breaths.
Bath:
Combine 2 drops Clary Sage, 2 drops Geranium and 1 drop Fir Needle with 10ml of carrier oil and add to a warm bath.
