How to use

Diffuser – Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a calm, grounding atmosphere.

Diffuser Jewelry – Apply 1–2 drops to your aroma necklace or bracelet for all-day stress support.

Topical (Roller Blend) – Dilute 6–8 drops in a 10ml roller bottle with carrier oil. Apply to wrists, temples, or behind ears for calm on the go.

Bath – Dilute up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil before adding to a warm bath to release tension.

Massage – Blend up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. Massage into shoulders, neck, or back to ease physical and emotional stress. (Always patch test first.)
