How to use

Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser around 30 minutes before bedtime.

Bath: Mix 4 drops with a carrier oil and add to a warm bath for total body relaxation.

Topical/Body: Blend 6 drops with a carrier oil in a 10ml roller bottle and apply to chest or soles of feet before bed.
