How to use

Diffuser – Add 4–5 drops to your diffuser. Breathe in the freshness as needed.

Diffuser Jewelry – Add 1–2 drops to your aroma necklace or bracelet and enjoy all-day relief.

Steam Inhalation – Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale deeply. (Use caution to avoid burns)

Bath – Dilute up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil before adding to warm bathwater.

Massage – Dilute up to 9 drops in 10ml of carrier oil. Massage gently, focusing on areas of discomfort. (Always patch test first)
