Formulated to balance and enhance the digestive system along with providing relief from pain, cramping, nausea, bloating, constipation and intestinal spasming.

To Use:
Topical:
Create a soothing massage blend combing 6 drops of essential oil with 10ml of your chosen carrier oil and massage your belly in a clockwise direction.

Inhalation:
Pop 4-5 drops of essential oil into your diffuser and take slow deep breaths.  For relief when you're out and about, add a drop to your diffuser jewellery or inhale directly from the bottle.

Safety Notes:
Due to the Cardamom & Peppermint essential oils, this blend is not recommended for children under the age of 3.

How to use

Topical Massage: Dilute 6 drops with 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease discomfort.
