How to use

(Shake well before use)

Roll the bottle gently between your hands first, so the oils are evenly blended.

Aches & Pains — Apply to shoulders, lower back, wrists, hands, knees, or tired legs and feet. Massage in gently.

Immunity — Roll onto pulse points, chest, or the back of the neck. Take a few deep breaths.

Sweet Dreams — Apply to temples, wrists, behind the ears, or the soles of the feet as the evening winds down.

Extra tip: Add a drop to the lava beads of a diffuser bracelet or necklace to carry the aroma with you through the day.
