I would recommend keeping your favourite oil /blend (try BREATHE) in the car glove box as you need to add drops every 2 to 3 days to the felt disk.
Comes with multiple coloured felt disks. Beautifully boxed. would be a great gift.

These are very good quality, look lovely, and I was surprised by how well they work - the fan alone diffuses the scent, however it is slightly stronger with the heater in in this cold weather. I have purchased more as gifts as they come in a nice gift box with spare diffusing pads.
