To Use:
Simply add 4-5 drops of oil to your diffuser (avoid using Sweet Dreams in a nebulizer as it does contain Jojoba).
Blend up to 9 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil for a beautiful body massage or as a replacement to your perfume.
Blend 4-5 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil before adding to a warm bath.
