How to use

Diffuse: Add 4–5 drops to a diffuser to ease nausea, cold symptoms, or mental fatigue.

Compress: Add 2 drops diluted in warm water for tight muscles or cool water for inflammation, then apply with a cloth for 30 minutes.

Bath: Mix 2–3 drops with a carrier oil before adding to a warm bath for relaxation and digestive relief.
