A cooling and calming essential oil blend to help relieve the pain and discomfort associated with headaches, neck and back tension. 

The analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic combination of Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Eucalyptus and Copaiba essential oils can help clear the head, promote focus and clarity and uplift the spirit.

To Use:
Topical:
Combine up to 6 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil in a roller bottle.  When you feel a headache come on, apply to temples and base of neck.

Diffuse:
Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to your diffuser and breathe deeply.  Add 1 drop of essential oil to your diffuser jewellery for natural, instant relief of headaches when you're out and about.

Safety Notes:
This blend isn't recommended for children under the age of 3 due to the Eucalyptus & Peppermint content.
