Essential oils have been proven effective against headaches for many hundreds of years and none more so than these 3.

Peppermint, Lavender & Frankincense.

Individually these 3 essential oils can provide relief, but it's when you combine the 3 together that the magic really happens.
This pack includes 10ml each of 100% Pure Peppermint, Lavender & Frankincense Essential Oils.

🌿 Peppermint: Invigorate your senses with the refreshing essence of Peppermint. Known for its cooling effect, it helps alleviate discomfort and promotes mental clarity.
Ingredients: Piperita Mentha 100% pure oil

💜 Lavender: Embrace the calming aroma of Lavender, renowned for its relaxation benefits. It soothes the mind and contributes to a serene atmosphere, perfect for easing headaches.
Ingredients: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) 100% pure oil.

✨ Frankincense: Elevate your senses with the timeless scent of Frankincense. This sacred oil promotes a sense of tranquility, making it an excellent addition to your headache relief blend.
Ingredients: Boswellia serrata 100% pure oil.

To use:
All these essential oils can be used individually, these are our favourite combinations.

Oil Roller Blend: 
Add 3 drops of each essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil.  Roll around the base of your neck and temples when you feel the onset of a headache (be careful around your temples that you don't get the blend into your eyes).  If you find you're not getting the relief you desire it is ok to increase the essential oils to 5 drops each.

Diffuser Blend:  
Add 2-3 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser and take slow, deep breaths.  

Bath:
Combine 2 drops of Lavender, 2 drops of Frankincense and 1 drop of peppermint with 10ml of a carrier oil and mix into a warm bath.
